MATCHUPS FOR THE LEGENDS CLASSIC PRESENTED BY OLD TRAPPER ANNOUNCED

PRINCETON, N.J./NEWARK, N.J. – The schedule is set for the 2021 Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper (@LegendsBBall).
The 15th annual Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper is highlighted by Virginia taking on Georgia and Providence meeting Northwestern in the semifinals at Prudential Center on Monday, November 22.
The semifinal winners will meet for the Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper title on Tuesday, November 23, preceded by the Third Place Game.

Virginia: In Tony Bennett’s 12th season at the helm, the Cavaliers won the ACC regular season title for the third time in the past four years, after winning the National Championship in 2019.
Providence: Ed Cooley, who has taken the Friars to five NCAA Tournaments in the past eight years, returns three of his top four scorers.
Georgia: Tom Crean enters his 4th season after improving the Bulldogs record in each of his first three seasons.
Northwestern: Chris Collins returns almost his entire roster for his 9th season with the Wildcats, who made the NCAA Tournament for the first time in their history after their Legends Classic appearance in 2016.
In the 2020 Roman Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper, the event featured six teams in a Showcase format. Featuring four teams (USC, UConn, Florida, and BYU) that eventually made it to the NCAA Tournament, the event also featured emerging young talent — the Mobley brothers at USC; Tre Mann, Noah Locke, and Keyontae Johnson at Florida; UConn’s James Bouknight and St. John’s Julian Champagnie.
