GotPrint.com Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper Begins on Tuesday

PRINCETON, N.J./BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The 12th annual GotPrint.com Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper opens on Tuesday when St. John’s hosts Loyola Maryland.

The Red Storm start one of the most highly-anticipated seasons this decade as Hall of Famer Chris Mullin leads his charges into his fourth season as head coach. St. John’s boasts one of the most dynamic back courts in the nation in Big East preseason Player of the Year Shamorie Ponds and Auburn transfer Mustapha Heron.

The game with St. John’s will mark the coaching debut of Tavaras Hardy, who takes over a Greyhounds team that returns three starters for a year ago.

Both the Red Storm and Greyhounds are making their GotPrint.com Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper debuts.

After Tuesday, the GotPrint.com Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper continues on Friday with St. John’s home to Bowling Green, Detroit Mercy at Temple, and VCU hosting Hampton.

St. John’s, Temple, VCU, and California will travel to Brooklyn to participate in the Championship Rounds GotPrint.com Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper. The Red Storm will meet the Bears while the Owls take on the Rams, their former Atlantic 10 foe, in the semifinal round on Monday, Nov. 19 at Barclays Center. The consolation and championship games will then be played on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
